Although I have been working out at a gym since I was 13, I wasn’t seeing any changes. I decided it was time to get a personal trainer. Natalie was recommended to me when because I had a serious back condition, spondylolithesis, and needed an educated trainer who would listen and tailor to my body’s special needs. Natalie has based much of our workouts around strengthening my back. I have been pain free since my first meeting with her in June 2009. My posture has improved greatly, and so has my confidence.
In addition to being incredibly knowledgeable in the gym, Natalie has created nutrition plans for me that have added to my weight loss and increased my energy levels. Her nutrition plans are easy to follow both at work and at home. She has always been incredibly conscientious about my needs, knowing right when to push, but also when I need some rest time.
Although I only had intentions of working out with Natalie until my wedding in November, but I’m so thrilled with the results, I made a commitment to continue on with her to benefit my health and well-being. I’ve never felt this strong and fit in my life!
